This statement is made pursuant to Section 54(1) of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and outlines the measures we take to identify and mitigate the risk of modern slavery and human trafficking within our business and supplier network.
Rapinno is a provider of digital engineering, AI-driven solutions, cyber security, etc services to customers globally, operating across industries such as Oil & Gas, Finance, Retail, etc. We maintain operations and partnerships across multiple regions including Malaysia, India, Europe, USA.
We categorize our suppliers into three main groups:
- People Suppliers – Contractors and service providers who support client projects and internal operations.
- Service Providers – Organizations offering operational support services (e.g., facility management, logistics, etc.).
- Product Suppliers – Vendors of IT infrastructure, software, equipment, and office-related goods.
We maintain a robust Code of Conduct, along with supporting policies on Business Ethics, Anti-Harassment, Anti-Discrimination, and Compliance, which guide the behavior of our employees, partners, and suppliers.
Key Actions We Take:
- Training – All employees undergo training on ethics, human rights, and non-discrimination at the time of onboarding and periodically throughout their tenure.
- Supplier Engagement – We communicate our expectations to suppliers, including adherence to laws regarding fair labor, wages, working conditions, and ethical behavior.
- Contractual Controls – Our agreements with vendors include clauses that require compliance with all applicable labor and human rights regulations, including anti-slavery and human trafficking obligations.
- Audits & Assessments – We regularly assess supplier compliance through reviews and audits to verify adherence to our ethical standards.
- Fair Compensation – We ensure all our workers and contractors are paid at or above the local minimum wage.
- Whistleblower Culture – We encourage all stakeholders to report any concerns related to unethical practices or potential violations.
