Real EstateMango PPN
Mango PPN (Project Planning) connects the office programme with what is actually happening on site. Teams break the project into a work breakdown structure, assign owners and targets, then update progress from mobile — by quantity or percent — with photos, issues, manpower, materials, machinery and subcontractors. When the plan says 60% and the site is at 45%, delay and critical-path risk are visible before handover slips.
